On July 26, 2005, the company was inspected and approved by China Insurance Regulatory Commission, and it is issued Legal Person License for Insurance Company；

On July 28, 2005, it was officially registered in General Administration of Industry and Commerce and was issued Business License for Enterprises as a Legal Person;

In the afternoon of August 29, the signature ceremony of "memorandum of cooperation" of our company with Swiss Reinsurance was held at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. Swiss Reinsurance as our company’s chief re-insurer of reinsurance contract established strategic cooperative partnership with our company, will provide positive and effective support for Sunshine Property Insurance in vocational training, risk management transmission technology, risk management and mobilization of capital, new product development and other areas.

In the morning of September 6, 2005, the inauguration of the opening ceremony of Sunshine Property Insurance Co. Ltd. was held on 29th floor of company’s multi-function hall. Wu Xiaoping, vice chairman of China Insurance Regulatory Commission, Zhang Weiqing, President and Director in General of Sunshine Property Insurance and shareholders, local government leaders inaugurated the Sunshine Property Insurance Company together.
