        China Aluminum Corporation is a state-authorized investment management institution and shareholding company, and it is a key state-owned enterprise directly administrated by the central government. The company has 25 subordinate units, of which, the shares of China Aluminum Joint-stock Co. Ltd. controlled by China Aluminum Corporation have been successfully listed on New York and Hong Kong stock exchange in December 2001. China Aluminum is China's largest alumina producer, the world's second largest alumina producer, and China's largest primary aluminum producer.         China National Foreign Trade Transportation (Group) Corporation (Sinotrans) is China's largest company engaging in international freight forwarding. The corporation is a large, international, modern and comprehensive logistics enterprise group mainly engaging in freight forwarding business by sea, land and air, and it combines marine transport, air transport air express, railway transport, international multimodal transport, automobile transport storage, ship operation and management, leasing of ships, ship business agency and comprehensive logistics all in itself.
